"I've been with Kyle Mills state farm for over 10 years. They always continue to provide above and beyond service for me and my family. Today i needed to swap out a vehicle for a new one, but I was quite busy at work. Braden informed me that I could text all the info to sort it out. Whaaaaat?!?! It was awesome. Braden took care of me without having to be on the phone for 30 minutes. Can't rave enough about this agency. I will never change to anyone else."

"I would stay away from this insurance agency at all costs. We trusted them when purchasing a new home and got our insurance costed out and added to our mortgages escrow account. About a week or two into owning the home they reached out and stated they would be dropping coverage a month after taking ownership due to the age of the roof. No due diligence was done on their part when we were trying to purchase the home. If we would have known they would not insure us due to the age of the roof from the beginning we would have brought the roof upgrade into negotiations when trying to purchase the home and get a sellers credit. However the Kyle Mills State Farm team did not bring this to our attention until after purchasing the home. They left us with no option but to pay for a full roof replacement or shop a round for new insurance quotes again affecting the cost of our mortgage. I would strongly recommend not using this firm unless you want to be surprised half way through the process with unplanned costs."

These days we do not receive pictures of the property until after we have bound coverage. Unfortunately, sometimes after State Farm receives the pictures, there are situations where due to the condition of the roof, the house, etc. where we can't continue coverage long-term unless those items are repaired or replaced. However, State Farm gives customers plenty of time to get new coverage. Also, my office manager was in contact with you several times to make you aware of what was going on and when you needed to get new coverage in place by. I am sure this situation added some stress for you, and I am definitely sorry about that.
